Olympic lifting mixed with cold exposure ain't for everyone. We're building explosive power while your body learns to perform when it's freezing. Snatches, cleans, jerks - then straight into cryo. Sounds nuts but it works.

Form breakdowns on your main lifts or movements. Sometimes you can't feel what you're doing wrong - the camera doesn't lie though.

Flexible Scheduling

Life happens. Miss a session and we'll adjust the rest of your week. The program adapts to you, not the other way around.

Small Group Training

Most sessions are capped at 4-6 people max. You're getting actual coaching attention, not just a workout written on a whiteboard.
